It's interesting that she was first nominated to the Federal bench by George H.W. Bush, and to the Court of Appeals by Clinton. She should make for an interesting round of approvals.

After reading her profile I agree with Islander. She's tough as nails and has an impeccable background. I was hoping for Brinkmann, but Sotomayor will be an excellent Justice.
