Damn, so this is the end. I've got a pretty good buzz going but the beer supply has been tapped out. I would go to the store for additional supplies but it is a work day tomorrow. Damn hell stupid work, I just wanna get loaded and relax right now.

Sure, if you substitute whiskey for tequila, don't call in sick and skip most of the beer, it is exactly like my system.

No, I was thinking that you're too young for a full frontal lobotomy so I was trying to come up with an alternate explanation.

Listen dufus, I'm going to make this real simple like. Even you'll be able to understand it. You leave me the fuck alone and I'll return the favor.
BUT, the next time you decide to snipe at me, regardless of where it happens to be, your ass (or head, I get them confused) is fair game wherever I find it.
Was that clear enough for you or should I call in someone who knows American Sign Language?

Yeah, well that's not going to happen. You see I took a lot of shit growing up and it took a long time for me to stand up for myself. But after years and years of practice, which, believe me, was really difficult for me, I got pretty good at defending myself. Actually, I'm so good, I've kicked the ass of every moron on every forum who thought that I would be an easy target and every other douche bag who also thought that they would give it a try.
So if you don't like the way I'm handling things, that's unfortunate, but it's none of your business. Try to make it your business and you'll be telling me that you think you have the right to regulate my behavior. AHAHAHA. Yeah. Let's see how THAT works.

An ass kicking should leave the ass kickee feeling ass kicked. You've been mildly insulting, but in such a genaralized way that it really has no personal stick. You come across as kind of histrionic, so the vague insults carry no real sting. Sorry.

This is why I just get sick of places like this after a while. At first it seems like there are intelligent people, but after a while it becomes clear that for the most part, they're all poseurs. A few gems, but generally not enough to justify my continued presence.
The initial comment was in the context of partho's preferences. I said I could explain what he missed. I was implying that his tastes were inferior because he only appreciated the grosser aspects of the conflict.

I guess I have to assume that was an attempt at humor. Regardless, I like nothing better than to be pleasant and helpful and generally have fun. But if people, regardles of who they happen to be, decide they want to take a piss, they shouldn't be so naive as to think that a) I won't respond and b) I might be a bit better at it.

I'm sorry if it happens to be trite, but it also happens to be true. I was a member of the Somerset County Chapter in the early 80's. I mainly went to the meetings at the house of one of the people who ran the chapter. I can't remember if he was an actual official or just one of those overachieving volunteers. It was off of Easton Avenue in Somerset. Our monthly meetings were mostly at a hotel on Davidson Ave. I think it was the Holiday Inn.
That's all I've got off the top of my head, and yeah it doesn't prove anything.

Experiencing the same thing over and over again usually implies the problem is with everyone else. Glad you're figuring it out here quickly.
Oh, and I thought you were denigrating my comprehension, not my tastes. But, I guess that misunderstanding on my part does impugn my comprehension anyway. So it all works out.

1. Experiencing the same thing over and over again usually implies the problem is with everyone else. Glad you're figuring it out here quickly.
2. Oh, and I thought you were denigrating my comprehension, not my tastes. But, I guess that misunderstanding on my part does impugn my comprehension anyway. So it all works out.
1. The allusion you're making attempts to create a false analogy, specifically, there is a critical difference between not knowing what you want and finding things you don't want and knowing what you want but never finding it. See?
2. Your comprehension was never in question - was it? My short term memory sucks. I'm pretty sure it wasn't. You're being too sensitive. I know that most people will not distinguish much between whacking you over the head with a 2x4 for a good reason and no reason at all. I tend to regard that as a somewhat important distinction.
BTW, since my short term memory has come up before, I had encephalitis as a child and almost died. It was viral and couldn't be treated. As a result there was brain damage but I still made a "full" recovery - or IOW - I didn't. I just wasn't an invalid. And yes, I STILL got into Mensa.
