i.e. They're wondering if she will be fair to rich, white guys.

Of course, to many rich, white guys "fair" is semantically equal to "preferential" so I guess the quick answer would be "No, she probably won't be." :p

Oh for heaven's sake. We are ALL shaped by our beginnings.

In the case of a minority appointment, it's a given that someone will play the race card. This woman is brilliantly qualified and I think she will spread judicial fairness around like jam on a pbj sandwich.

Yeah, I mean look at that known communist sympathizer, Justice Samuel Alito, and how he was talking about his family experiences shaping his outlook. We gotta throw that bum out, too. All these activist judges, having "experiences" in their "lives" that influences them. Disgusting.
