Story Here. (http://www.ocregister.com/2017/05/05/rohrabacher-says-hell-take-medical-marijuana-fight-with-jeff-sessions-to-supreme-court/)

The TLDR version is that Congress cut off funding to the Department of Justice to use to 'Interfere' with Marijuana Dispensaries. So, Medical or no, we can get our goodies without worrying about the Feds.

I, on the other hand, am totally irie. Then again, Oregon already put a big spike in the wheel of the feds by reducing the budget for cooperating with DEA operations down to about a buck seventy five so they don't bother bugging us since it's gonna cost 'em the moon and they get no backup. Amazing how well using the too poor excuse works. They can't really do much aside from bribery and they won't touch that.

I believe that is my favorite photograph so far. And it is nice to see a senior actress continuing to be cast. You have to admit, she is convincing in her DC role.

Regarding the 'war on drugs', I would like to congratulate drugs on it's victories.

my theory is there's no going back for prohibition: states are making way too much money.

now we need one of them to provide health insurance for everyone and let that spread.
