You fool! You should know never to enter Giraffe's garage. Especially if invited.

But, please, if you can manage, don't step on any butterflies.

There're a half dozen or so people on the Durp (BigTard included) who believe that every! single! post! should be taken in a vacuum. So if...oh, say...Stoid offers legal advice, you shouldn't consider any other posts she's ever made. Every post should be taken on it's own merits, the poster posting (and especially their history) are/is irreleveant.

So, Stoid's Advice is kinda like Schordinger's Cat? It is in superposition of being both existing in the box and useful until the box is opened and it escapes onto the internet and becomes useless as the superposition collapses because people then know it's really bad advice?

Cosmic Owl 19th April 2015 08:23 AM

That "cat's" been dead even before it was put in the box.

I didn't even notice how old it was until you pointed it out

This is why Giraffe is so fervently working on the time machine in his garage.

So we can point and laugh at PSXer in the past, too?

No--it's more like Schrodinger's Vacuum-Sealed Poo-Container. It says what it is right there on the outside of the box, but it doesn't stink unless you open it. Any...ANY legal advice Stoid gives is guaranteed to be bad. Period. Even if she (against all odds and history) says "Wow...that's a complicated issue. You should talk to a lawyer and not get advice off the internet*", she'll somehow, some way be wrong.

*She would never say this, since, per Stoid, all lawyers are morons who keep secret knowledge to prevent laypeople from actually doing anything on their own. And they're dicks for not sharing their secret moron-knowledge for free.

In fact, that's where the phrase 'dead cat bounce' came from. Trufax.

Does a dead cat = non-dog, non-elephant? Or is it a non-cat or ex-cat? Is it a non-ex-parrot? or an ex-non-parrot?

Does it put the lotion on its skin? Bonus: Action referenced contains a non-cat.

It wasn't very hard, said PSXer's mother...

He's too easy. It's even worse than snarking on DrBreth, at this point. Perhaps the "Bosda Clause" should be extended....

Nahhhh. It's too much fun to fuck with them.

All the really cool people are satisfied with the size of their threads. If you got an email implying otherwise, perhaps you are just insecure?
