April Fool's Day
 

So, since many of us are stuck here in the box, I figured I'd start a real thread.
Here goes: What is the best/most memorable April Fool's Day prank you've been a part of or a target of?

When I was in high school (boarding school), we had shared bathrooms in our dorms. My friend and I spent one April Fool's day morning removing people's towels from the hooks next to the shower they were using, and relocating them outside the bathroom. Shrieking ensued. It was awesome. And no one ever caught us. :D

My college boyfriend and I managed to convince his roommates (including his brother) that I was pregnant. We didn't tell them the truth until the next day. That was a pretty good one.

Not exactly a classic, but one year I put a big wad of bubble wrap under one tire on my wife's car. She thought she ran over the cat.

You know if I had the time I would go pick up just one of the kids from day care today. She'd go crazy trying to figure out what happened to just the one.

Sounds to me like you and Random Precision are both trying to end up divorced....

Just did this one today...The first of every month, our employees participate in a safety lottery. Managers are not permitted to participate, however, I am the manager in charge of the lottery and I replaced all the names in the hat with my own! Congratulations me. I got $300 for about 10 seconds until my little ruse was discovered.

Drat!
