Two truths and a lie.
 

I see some who are familiar but even more who are not so I think there should be a thread where we all post stuff about ourselves so we can get a better idea of who we're hanging out with these days. This is that thread. I was going to make it an either/or random list, story mode sort of introduction thread, but I love TTAAL so here we go.

1) I do not like pets.

2) I don't particularly like chocolate.

3) I don't like football.

I'm putting this here and not in the game room first because I figure it'll be more conversation than game in the end and second because Giraffe didn't bother selecting mods yet so I figure odds are good I'll get away with it.

2. Fuchsia is my favorite color

3. I think computer games are for losers.

1. I love shoes and handbags.

2. I am a vegetarian.

3. I own two houses.

I'm guessing Rabid Renaissance's lie is is the avocados one. Probably loves 'em, and eats them at every chance.

No, I really don't like chocolate very much. Sometimes I get into "OMG, chocolate NOW!" mode but that's pretty rare and even then it only takes a very little bit.

I think I've used that tidbit in just about every TTAAL I've ever participated in. Most people think it's the lie. I think I could be like "Well, I'm a student and I don't particularly like chocolate. Oh, and I hold a ritualistic sacrifice of minority babies/fondue party at my house twice monthly." and people would be like "Of COURSE you like chocolate!" :p

I think if you think really hard about this, you'll realize that you don't really like hiking and that you'd rather be sitting on your couch watching shows about hiking. I mean it's all dirty out in nature and the bugs - think of all those bugs!! And where do you go to the bathroom? And don't you get all sweaty when you're hiking? And you have to eat granola bars and take your poo back home with you.

Yeah, I like football. I missed most of last season because I work Sundays now. I did catch a few moments from time to time in the day room or in resident rooms (I work in a nursing home) but I can't really keep up with it anymore. :/

Yes, Mirhanda, I did not get a 4.0 in college. I think it's at something like 3.97 right now because of an A- (I didn't even know you could get an A- in college) in a basic Microsoft course, which is just SO EFFING STUPID. Oh well.

Oh hehehe, yeah, I love computer games (not so much console games though, but I still don't think even they are for losers.) I've been playing WoW for over a year (and I'm still a rank noob even though I have two 80s.)

I'm seriously looking forward to Diablo III! Diablo II is one of my all time favorite games EVER! The one thing I would've changed about it was to make each class both sexes. It always bugged me that I couldn't play a female barbarian. I named my barbarian character "Jennifer" in protest. Anyway, looks like in Diablo III they are fixing that exact problem!

Yes, that's correct although it's a very near thing. I really liked Peter Boyle in that movie.

#3 is a lie. While the Bill Murray Hunter S Thompson movie was good in it's own right, it was definitely not better than Fear & Loathing with Johnny Depp.
