First babies take as long as they want to gestate. Subsequent ones take 9mo, give or take.

Congrats Doyle! So glad that you are embracing this.. my dad was like "I am too old to be a grandpa now" (He explained later that his own father was older with us, and was cranky and mean to us. He was afraid of the same situation)
