Not always but more often than not. I’ve reported Dr. death doing this so many times that I can’t imagine that you guys aren’t sick of my reports.

Eh well matter of perspective.... - in any case the major reason for mentioning the Gweeb in any comparative fashion, the fact that the Dope has been mummified in circa 2006 form for the past decade is going away. There will be little reason shortly for a Gweeb-Dope member to make a large distinction, except for the Byzantine rule set.

A few innovations more and the differences, other than the Box (which I was dubious about but turned out to be a great Cool Hand Luke idea) will be minimal.
