Pina Coladas are great if you get rid of the coconut milk and pineapple.

Only around 10 days on 3 separate occasions. Only 1 of those days did it actually rain rain by Florida standards. A couple* times I did put my rainjacket on, but due to a combination of temperature and moisture that would make me cold rather than wetness per se, which I wouldn't have even felt had it not been cold mist rather than neutral-temperature fog.

*3, if you count Hatfield, which I wouldn't since it's outside the Oysterzone.

And maybe it's wrong to extrapolate, because it may be tourists and idiosyncratic drainage, but the way people pout and/or freak out at the slightest drop, and the way Hyde Park floods when it does rain tells me the people on the street and the drainage engineers are not used to Florida-style rains.

Never having had one, the pineapple, while great on pizza, does sound bad in a drink. The last few times I've ordered a mixed drink I've asked for a milk and Malibu, and every time the waitron pauses for a second then says "that sounds like it would taste good", which rarely happens for other less-common combinations.

It's an orange liqueueueuer [it looks wrong no matter how I misspell it] so you should be able to find something that'll do.

A friend of mine in western PA has a drink he likes that contains blue curacao. He drives out of state (Ohio or Maryland, not sure) to get the exact brand he prefers.
