What business should Peeking Duck start as her retirement hobby? I know she will give our input all the due consideration it deserves.

As for my guess about Peeking, I'd have to check on the difference between "tavern", "pub", "inn", and mere "bar". Either way my guess is proprietor and not mere server.

I meant buy a tavern. The difference is, a tavern has a kitchen too.
