Boats tend to be self-equalizing, for just when you think you might have too many, you come across someone eager to get into paddling. My neighbour gave one away this year (plastic play boat), and I gave one away last year (wood and canvas canoe). Boats don't just get old, they spread the joy, and you can't have too much of that.
