Man, I forget just how freaking huge the tubs of food from Costco really are. I got the chicken alfredo and had two huge platefuls of the stuff that barely dented one corner. I'm gonna be eating this for a week if I don't give some away or freeze it or something. Luckily the kids will be back from camping on Sunday, I think I'll just leave them a container of it in their fridge. DIL luuuurves her some alfredo!
