Makes one wonder if perhaps Scott Bakula may have wanted to appear at the beginning and apologize personally for the piece of shit he and the rest are about to attack you with.
To be fair, though I'm only a third of the way through, so I'll not prejudge.
One that I definitely didn't like was DS9. Not sure how long it lasted, but (again IMO) what must have killed that one was the fact that the whole thing was stationary.
That and the thing with the tits on its forehead.
But at the time, what were we gonna do? It was as close to Star Trek as it and we could get.
I absolutely loved TNG, though. Those of you more well-versed in plot, dialogue etc., can probably discuss that one on many more levels than I, but TNG appealed to me all the way across the board.
