Please submit all questions to your local subcommittee on zoning and planning in writing 30 days prior to the event in question.
If your questions cannot be answered by the local subcommittee, they will be referred to the next full meeting of the regional committee on zoning and planning which meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month ending in a G which is preceded by a full moon. Or April 31st, whichever occurs soonest.
