And shit.
I was lucky enough to have real, authentic fondue in Grindlewald, Switzerland.

And....

A) The fondue (actual emmentaler, kirshvasser, etc) was delicious

B) Too much of a good thing. The serving for two people was probably 3/4ths lb of cheese each My friend and I are hearty eaters, but this? We left about half of it because enough was too much

C) They serve it with....pickles. Mostly cucumber-type (eyuk. Cucumbers are the Devil's Penis of veggies) but also onion pickles and such. Pickles and cheese is simply not a happy combo. You can feel the pickles curdling the cheese in your stomach.
