Crane or a cherry picker if the limbs and logs can be dropped straight down. Cut in sections top down.

That's what they'll be doing because of the location, which is why the first tree guy referred the neighbor to 2nd tree guy (1st guy didn't have the equipment; these trees aren't safe to climb). They're bringing the equipment in through our yard, which is a-okay by me. I just wondered what the protocol is if you start taking limbs off and the trunk falls over. I guess it just falls over then. What else could you do?
Slightly ironically, last night while I sat on the porch a tree service truck (neither 1st guy nor 2nd guy) pulled up in front of our house and asked Swimmy if her parents were home (he didn't see me sitting on the porch). I assumed he was there to talk to Neighbor. Turns out he was looking for the neighbor on the
other side of our house. They want one of theirs removed and another trimmed. Whole lot of tree stuff going on.
