Put prices on the stuff! If not individual items, then a sign on the table at least. No price tags usually means they want too much.
Take reasonable offers. If it adds up to $12.25 and they ask if you'll take ten for it, take ten! If they are wanting your Leica M3 for $100, laugh in their face! Be smart yet reasonable.
Be neat. No one wants dig thru piles. When they mess it up for you, straighten up as soon as you can.
Be prepared for sunrise shoppers, no matter what start time you specify. They WILL come...
When it's all over, take down all those neighborhood signs you posted. Please!
