Don't know about Rebo, but I would put 3-4 raw shrimp on a skewer, wrap them in a single layer of thinly sliced prosciutto and put under the broiler for a very short time, like 90 seconds each side IIRC.
Dinner tonight is a ribeye steak. Probably with onions and mushrooms to go with. Husband suggested digging out a bottle of the good wine, an offer I won't refuse.
