HappyBirthday, taters! I hope this year is a good one in spite of it all.
Well, the near impossible has happened. Due to my severe Dim Sum deficiency I decided to try a different Trader Joe's gyoza package. This was the Thai Shrimp ones. Normally, frozen Dim Sum range from really nasty on down to completely inedible. I didn't have high expectations, but these things are damn good. So we're two for two on their frozen gyoza being very tasty.
Now if they'd just make a pork bao product.
