I bought what will probably be my last watermelon of the season. Got about half of it diced up, in "usedta hold butter" containers. Filled four ice cube trays for future infusion drinks (or whatever else I fancy). Ate a slice with dinner and one slice left for the fridge.
I have an old recipe for making achar, I might try using the rind for it. There's also a recipe out there that uses the inner rind to make watermelon/chicken soup.
