So.
I've just started Cryptonomicon. (The bike ride to the Zeppelin crash from the fire tower) I have my book with me at work. Suffice to say decided not to take it today.
Last night at work, two different coworkers, at different times, impressed by the size of the tome, asked me about the book. And I tried, and failed to explain Cryptonomicon, and Stephenson, writ large.
All of that to say, neither of them knew Snow Crash. |
Enjoy it. Crypto's my favorite of his works, at least so far.
