What I hate - what I really, REALLY hate is the normalisation of requiring WhatsApp (or similar) for work.
It is now assumed now that you are 24/7 on call. The older I get, the younger my managers are, and are of a generation that have always assumed everyone is reachable at all times. It's been one of the most stressful aspects of my last few jobs, the constant bzzt bzzt of can you cover, can you do extra. Especially in care, but am thinking it's universal now.
