The plan yesterDay was to let Kaiveran — semi-confirmed Townie — pick the two Wrappees. This would have given us Double Wrap except for apathy about the Game. (But study of the vote record might tell us who was trying to save Raventhief from the Wrap.)

ToDay we do NOT have a semi-confirmed Townie. I named five players who are not widely thought to be Scum to a "Town Council"; I'll bet at least three of them are Townies. If three on the Council can agree on Wrappees, and other Townies then play along we can get a Double- or Triple-Wrap.
I "stand aside" because (a) I have no strong opinions about who is scum, (b) Some may find me scummy. I intend to vote as a majority on the "Town Council" instructs.
I am also disappointed that none of the Council has designated two Wrappees. (TexCat named one.) I got so impatient I voted already, but to demonstrate my intent to comply with Town Council decision, I shall
