I don't agree with the idea of over scum pretty neighborhood. Depending on number of scum or might break correctly ... Or not. IF there are 3 scum, that theory would be 1 scum per, then the 3p in the 4th. I feel like if that were part of the design, it could potentially be a bit game breaking (can one break something a little? Or is it more like being "a little bit pregnant"?)
I see what Lightfoot said about Lizzy and what Bear said. The only way he could know that Lizzy has a neighborhood dependent power is if she said so in the neighborhood chat. I don't remember where Pleo said his was neighborhood dependent.
The lack of confidence b in the theory is why I'm not convinced Guiri "must" be scum.
I don't know about Bear. As I think I said before, it looked like theories, and not PII.
I'm inclined toward Kai at the moment. But that's a vague sort of inclination. My lunch break is over, and I'll return anon.
