Oh jeez, that sucks! Can you hit an ER to make sure nothing's emergent on that? Shoulders are the worst, I had sequential frozen shoulders and that was about three years total of pain and lack of proper mobility and the left still isn't back to where it was before all this shit started. I hope yours does better!
My rant is that I ordered two patio loungers for the front porch and the box got here a couple days ago but I've been working so today I went to sweep off the porch and put them up and hey presto--they sent me four chairs instead! In the wrong color, even! Now I get to go round and round with Amazon over how to get this bigass box back to them and the right item sent. Grump. Really wanted to lounge on my porch, dammit!
