I browned all the chicken at the same time, so it was just some extra chopping different veges in the two. I precooked the peppers and carrots in the microwave, so cook time for the green curry was about 20 minutes. I need to work on the recipe some, it wasn't quite it.

Really different flavor profiles. The green curry is heavy on ginger and has a more, floral? flavor. It also has coconut milk in it which adds a sweet note.
The Japanese yellow is a more classic curry mix. It is mostly turmeric, coriander, cumin and cinnamon. It is less sweet and is heartier. My favorite is the S&B golden curry mix. Get the hot, it isn't that spicy.
I made the batch of yellow yesterday and put it in the refrigerator. Today I'll make rice in the rice cooker and portion it out for lunches.
