I don't know if I've ever complained here about Mr. Duck's luck with restaurants. If there's a particular place he wants to go...it'll be uncharacteristically closed. If he's craving a particular dish, there won't be any of it left...or they've taken it completely off the menu (like the Pho place that doesn't make hot and sour soup anymore). His luck has lately been catching. Last week, when I was on the road for work, McDonald's couldn't sell me a filet o' fish because their fish fryer was broken. Last night, having a craving for a Subway Veggie Delight, I went there only to find that...their oven is broken! So there was no bread!
