But seriously I am always interested in any habit that some people find shameful. That's why I added the 'ashamed option'.
I have got to the point where I need distraction for my dump - I'll happily play solitaire or something on my phone as well as read. I won't dump at work because all the bogs have just one door between them and the rest of the office and I like a comfortable, stress-free and isolated dump.
