Boil Penne pasta, when almost done throw in frozen veggies (beans/carrots combo), drain, smother in garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy.

(Any left over meat, you may have should be used to top this dish, cold from fridge is fine, salt and pepper to taste.)
