Oh, absolutely. I only mentioned it because they are are the only cast-iron I know if that's actually expensive.
[Hijack]I thought you weren't supposed to cook tomato sauce in cast iron because it's very acidic, leeches out *too* much iron, and you'll have to reseason it. Google yields contradictory answers.[/hijack]
