That's what I thought and why I questioned my own statement...
Also with a little further thinking... It could be possible that with
Peekercpa no longer with us. Although we , as far as we know don't have a TOWN vig.... SCUM by the same measure are likely not to have a roleblocker.
As in my role I could have been blocked but not tracked / watched as I didn't need to leave the house to do the fixing.. I consider this a bonus.
