On Weight Watchers. Lost 6.5 lbs in 3 weeks so far. Goal is a lose a whole lot more.
And when the hell did my metabolism slow down to a crawl? I used to be able to eat and drink whatever I wanted... until 35 came around. I packed on 30 lbs in the past 3 years.
WW is actually pretty nice. I am still eating the foods I like (real butter, whole milk, etc) but I'm (re-) learning portion control. If you're not paying attention and have others dictate your portions (eating out), you're going to get fat.
