Right. I do recognize these are rights which are
considered fundamental to our government. As I said upthread, every government has different rights they bequeath their citizens. Unfortunately they have been shown to be easily modified or suspended. I don't consider that 'fundamental.' I wish I could trust it as much as I once did.
