My condolences to your loss. May I offer you a hot beverage?
On a personal note: your second link reminded me of the time I made a sever lapse of judgement which resulted in losing my prized copy of "The Flash of Two Worlds" issue. To this day I mourn the loss of it.
Maybe I should make myself a hot beverage as well.
