Missing Horse in WV-Lincoln County

From another board I frequent (don't get jealous, haterz) -

"I know that some of you are avid animal lovers and some horse lovers. My horse has been missing since July 19th. I have reported it to local authorities who seem to be doing NOTHING!! We have had 2 searches of the local area, we have turned up no sign of her, nothing.
I have put up flyers, went door to door and left my phone numbers with my neighbors, I have also registered her missing with stolen horses international. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Oh also a friend set up a fund raiser page so we can offer a reward to entice people to come forward if they see her at someone's home or barn.

I am just beside myself, I am sick, worried and heart broken. She had just returned home from being trained for me. I have Cystic Fibrosis and don't have a lot of stamina and riding her brings me so much joy. I just love her so much and it is killing me. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
