Creepy Nazi Gestapo agent, far more villainous than René Belloq. He was the most villainous villain seen in Raiders, but he is a lesser villain than Morganna.

According to the Muledeer Report (which was exhausting in its scope but went unnoticed by all who mattered), it occurred by interference from Russia. Or Ukraine, if that's your belief.
