Next Mafia Games plan?

I'm open to ideas, but my idea would be the following. We have had a heck of a time getting players, so I thought I'd start my annual 19-player game recruitment now and make sure I have a way to connect to any players who don't check in often.

Last year the Holiday game began in early December, but if sign-ups take less than expected, I can simply put a bookmark on it and email/PM everyone when the game is ready.

When I do my big game, I reach out to all previous players I can locate, both here and elsewhere.

Does anyone have a short game to run, or should I just start prepping and getting long-term signups for a game that is 3-4 weeks away?
