Seconding hajario - we went a couple of years ago in January, and the first day we were there it was 32 degrees (F)! All day. Never got warmer, never got colder.

I like all four parks, myself.

Are you just going to Orlando, hitting the park and heading out, or will you be meandering around a bit? At the least, just a bit outside Orlando in Ocala there's Silver Springs.

You can drink at Disney World? I thought that place was for kids. Hell I might take my kids if I could get drunk while I was there. Prolly be the only way I could stand the place.
