Suggestion: Spoilers showing up on mouse-over
Just in case it hasn't been mentioned before, is there any way to make spoilers not show up on mouse-over?
A new thread by Ratel (deliberately not linked to) made me think of this because it gives away a major spoiler for The Wire. BTW, this is not intended as a bitch towards Ratel, just simply a suggestion of a way we might be able to avoid major disappointment to viewers of what is arguably the greatest TV series to ever grace our screens. |

Major spoilers of current series and films should be a) labeled as such in the thread title and b) pushed to the second post if possible, IMHO. In return for posters keeping to this system most of the time, spoiler-avoiders should try not to blow up at people who might now and again post something in excitement and forget to spoiler-box/label/second-post it.
I personally don't care too much about having things spoiled and accept it as a risk I take in freely browsing the internet. But the above solution, in my experience, keeps the peace amongst those who do. ![]() |

Sorry, I forgot to mention that Ratel did spoiler-box it, but the text inside the spoiler-box shows up on mouse-over preview before you actually click to read the thread.
