Let me apologize for lack of concentration in the Game. Miss Swammerina is home from college for the summer so I've been distracted; sorry for poor Scum-hunting.

I've still not decided about the Maha/SJan/Lulz trio; any of them could be Scum AFAICT. Call it paranoia or OMGUS, but from where I sit the clearest event is that five Players voted for me, a Town Vanilla not playing in pro-Scum fashion. The votes on me stink.







I continue also to be suspicious of Dizzy and SJan, Toonces, bladescape, Lulz, guiri, and perhaps Squid or Scathach but I won't vote them yet. I was 2nd-place to get Lynched yesterDay so fully expect to get Lynched toDay or toMorrow. With vanilla powers and poor scum-hunting, it's surely the best misLynch. I recommend it if we can't agree on likely Scum. I'll make it easy.



If anyone thinks my play has been pro-Scum, challenge me to explain and justify my playing. A main charge is that I tried to demand votes on Maha or SJan but I thought it was good Town play to call attention to scum trying to hide. I know voting for or against my scum partner in such situations is very uncomfortable for me. I may agree that that by encouraging my own misLynch I've played anti-Town. But that would only be Pro-Scum if I were NOT Scum.

lulz's video showed a real hedgehog collecting fake rings like Sonic the hedgehog. So, unless I'm missing how that relates to our current situation, I'd say no.


My thoughts are that either there is still a roleblocker out there, or that lulz is purposely being vague and his power is a Day action or has a delay. seems to me that lulz lied about his role. great claim to save himself from the lynch. now it appears that banishment is a natural occurrence. such outrageous behavior is reminiscent of a certain food delivery player who also plays where lulz does.

is this why swammi has been pressuring players to choose between Silver Jan and Mahaloth? is this to remove attention from lulz?

Actually, what Silver Jan has said so far seems genuine to me. My guess would be that she didn't visit guiri. And if she didn't, she may want to state that for the record, even if she doesn't want to tell us who she visited just yet.

I don't know that I buy banishment happening automatically, if idrink died D1 and was banished at dusk on D2, and Archangel died N1, and hasn't been banished yet, it would appear that some form of intervention either caused idrink's banishment or prevented Archangel's - I don't think we have enough information to determine which of the two happened.

Having an aching throat and blood in my own mouth doesn´t look like someone bit me though.

Wiki also says "A cure for vampirism exists, but only if the vampire has not yet drunk human blood. They need to drink a mixture that includes the blood of the vampire that turned them"

But from what you quoted, it's not about being bitten it's about you drinking blood from a vampire.

Mind you the rules also state that there's no mandatory recruitment.

You´re right, I quoted that bit for the incomplete part. Further down in the wiki I misread "Can infect others by feeding them their blood so that they turn into vampires themselves" as "Can infect others by feeding on their blood". I thought it was an inconsistency in the wiki but on re-read, it´s enough to feed on a vampire´s blood to become a vampire, so was I force-fed last night?

Vampires are a very minor part of Supernatural. Very. I highly doubt they factor too much into this game. Angels and Demons are way more common and are a lot more what the show is about. I will be surprised if vampires factor in at all.

Oh, and Dean was turned into a vampire for about 1 1/2 episode. Out of ~200 episodes. It actually was a minor event now that I'm looking back on it.

This is an interesting question...

There's no such thing. Scum get lynched based on bad cases. Townies get lynched based on good cases. There is no such thing as "failure strategy". Sometimes townies play well but the scum just play better. Sometimes it's a race to the bottom to see which side can play worse.

For example. Despite this game having 18 players I'd hazard a guess that only 3 of them have actually provided a list of who's town and who's scum.

I'm worried we're on a path to lynch our way through all of the town power roles.

I'm saying that there are a number of ways to play mafia. Mostly it's by bouncing ideas off each other. The number of people I can bounce ideas off of is extremely limited this game. As I don't see a lot of effort to solve the game.

For example, why does Texcat think I'm scum? We're on day three and that's still a mystery. The best she has is that "I'm annoying" maybe? Which is a conclusion she came to after she got found out OFF site so it doesn't even look genuine. Yet nobody was interested in interrogating her about it except me.

Nobody looked at the wagon on idrink, a confirmed town, to figure out who's scum on it. Who's town on it. And especially nobody did the same for my wagon. In fact DizzyMrsLizzy went so far as to say nobody should look at it but nobody finds that odd? Just me? Again. Ok then.

I was roleblocked on Night 1. I therefore used it on Day one. I misread my role PM. I can't banish DAY AND NIGHT. I can only banish in the DAY OR NIGHT. SisterCoyote issued the correction to me early into D2 and I didn't say anything in case Archangel still had her Watcher powers and she decided to watch me again. Clearly I was comfortable trying to draw the nightkill when I asked not to be protected.

True, Vampires are a small part of the game, but one of our mod's species categories is Monster. That includes a lot more creatures than just Vampires, but that could be what guiri is dealing with now. (Or it might be something entirely different.)

If we're going by how often a creature appears in the show, Leviathans got an entire season devoted to them.


However, I agree with you that it is probably NOT a Vampire. My reasons are:
1) There are no 3rd parties in this game.
2) Recruitment is voluntary.

I guess our mod could have some setup where players could be turned into another species, but not change alignment. I don't know if that's what we're dealing with, or if something else happened to guiri last Night.
