You just reminded me I dreamed last night that my wife and I were on a boardwalk of some beach community on vacation and ran into Arlo Guthrie. Or at least someone claiming he was Arlo Guthrie. When I play the dream back in my mind it is clearly Chris Stein from Blondie.

I wonder what it all means?

That would be completely fair & logical, but also already covered by the current "no p2p" rule. The problem is that he's also saying that you can't name any VPN service that has the characters "p2p" anywhere on their website.
