SDMB Avatars

It has been over a year since Tubadiva turned on the ability to have avatars at the SDMB. Contrary to popular belief, the world did not end. That being said, there are some avatars that really annoy me. I never cared for DSeid before, but his avatar really makes me want to punch him every time I see it.
Any other irrational reactions to avatars over there?

It may be because he's a bitch eating crackers but Stupidquarry Bozo's avatar irritates the hell out of me. At the standard 50*50 you can't really tell what it is except it's weird. The slightly larger image in his profile shows its some kind of white face superimposed on an actual face.

Huh. I just assumed it was him in Juggalo makeup. Not sure why -guess I remember him defending them passionately when they got put on some gang watch list.

The mismatch of avatars to a user's personality throws me off a bit, but that's on every message board.

IIRC, he said it was a self-portrait. He took a pic of himself then partially whited out the face to preserve his anonymity. If that's the case then why didn't he just use some random pic of a snowboard or something? Yes, he's that dumb.

It's not an avatar maker, but it works great for that purpose. It uses a cartoon-like likeness of your face for hundreds of "cute" graphics that you can paste in text messages. New Bitmojis are added all the time.

Here's a Bitmoji fan site that documents some of the new Bitmoji images, or at least it did until recently.

It apparently charges or not depending on where you get it. It only works on one device, and the only place I found it for that was two bucks.

(I edited this, because I forgot where I found it and it might not have been amazon like I originally posted, so I just went for generic 'place')

Guess that's it then, I got it for my Android phone on the Google Play Store and I can log in on my computer or add an extension to Chrome as well.
