Websites on mobile vs desktop
I own a desktop I don't use, mainly because my iPad works well enough. Do you find websites work differently on your desktop vs a mobile device? Which sites do better on each?

Couldn't tell you. My tablet sucks so bad that I hate all mobile sites.

I'm on phone only. But I don't use mobile sites. I go to regular the website using Chrome a scroll around.

Five Reasons Why The Mobile Web Sucks How to Make Browsing the Web on Your Phone Suck Less The mobile web sucks Why browsing on mobile sucks and what you can do about it And before you're like "but some of those links are from 2015!"... it hasn't gotten any better. Sure, mobile sites are good for casual web surfing on the sofa or in bed, but all "real" browsing still has to be done on desktops and laptops... especially since Google has that bizarre "Chrome for Android will never, in a billion years, get extensions support" attitude. At least with Firefox for Android you can install uBlock and get rid of those "pop-ups originally intended for deskop PCs that cover the entire tablet\phone screen" that plague Chrome. |

Surprised they only mentioned phones. Probably because tablets weren't a thing yet. (Doubt it changes the point)
