We just didn’t know what to make of this voyage. Nobody was gambling, instead they were playing children’s card games. Not that there’s anything wrong with games like Old Maid, or I Doubt It. Nothing wrong with teaching the young’uns poker, either. But I digress.

The thing is, if this kind of thing keeps up, nobody in the casino, and somebody dead every other morning, we are going to have to change our company name again, set up a new LLC, repaint the damn boat. But I digress again.

We awoke this fine morning to find another body on the deck!

This time it was sturmhauke who appeared to be shot in the back.

sturmhauke was a TOWN-aligned paying passenger.

So with this in mind we performed another head count. By our count there should be five passengers.

With five alive, we need three votes to launch somebody. We are going to set a deadline of 1600 hours PDT as usual on April 25.

Lion plays the I'm going to protect raven, and sturm, who was putting the most pressure on lion pops his clogs. Town has had some pretty strong powers, if scum had equally strong powers then its quite probable there were only 2 scum to balance it. There is no logical way a town lion could have known maha had visited him before lightfoot announced it.

I’m sorry, Bill, I’ve been hot and cold about you all game because you’re such good scum and the redirection possibility made me wary, but this is the only thing that makes sense. It hadn’t occurred to me that there might be only two scum, but I warned BC about the same thing the other way- assuming the exact number of scum loses the game.

What does me changing my mind, which I do all the time as town and rarely as scum, have to do with the bookie power? I always say always or never and I always change my mind when the facts support it. I can link to at least 10 games where I’ve done this as town.

You “understand the power exists” but I claimed it first, then Raven (who you say can’t be scum) confirmed that it was used, and no one has counter claimed me.

Everything you are attacking me on to do with play style, none of it has to do with facts. The only valid argument you made here is that it was very hard for me to not use the power, but I have been studying Pizza’s tutorials and this was the right play here.

And as to why I thought to explain my power then, it’s because there was an apparent vig kill the night before (the night Jan and Prof P died). We still don’t know who was responsible for that, and no one even seems to care, but my role is a one shot vig and if someone investigated it they would have incorrectly thought it was me.

You've been sucking up to raven while at the same time casting doubt on the validity of her results, then playing the will i/won't I protect her routine.

Clearly you could not kill aa or I as that would confirm the other as town and torpedo your whole gambit. If aa and I were scum, we would have had a nk plus a vig kill, and would have won last night.

If anyone else was scum they would have kept sturm alive as he was putting pressure on you, so your only choice was to kill sturm, and as you had to kill you could play the smug doc card again by saying you prevented the nk.

Bill is going to flip town, which will confirm me, but then I’m obviously going to be the night kill.

Raven and LightFoot, please don’t turn on each other tomorrow. It has to be Lion (I guess I could be wrong and it could be LightFoot and Lion together, but I just don’t think so, and if that’s so the game will end anyway when I’m NKed).

(I still have the one shot but I won’t be able to use it tonight. I forwent guessing last night because I thought today might end in a no launch.
