I am not waiting for all of those things to die. They just ARE dying. I don't care if others use them and enjoy them. I didn't make them die, they just are.

As Wolf said they simply won't be supporting those technologies. And children who start with iPads in Pre-K are certainly not going to be sentimental about paper.

I also might add that the prior generation is very resentful of format changes to content that they enjoy, thus there is often a pretty big age gap.

I know plenty of under 40 people who listen to NPR though.
