I'm curious why you thinnk you'd be nightkilled? I think a universal town read would have a decent chance of getting shot, but the two anti-town factions would be wary of doubling up I would think, which actually protects you more than any other player than one protected by the doc.

And what signals am I sending that I'm a godfather? If I am it's coincidental. I'm an ordinary hero that doesn't feel like one.

Re-reading that last line, I was trying to convey I don't feel like a hero, as in someone who does something courageous.

You later clarified that you actually meant the exchange between Bog and Dr. French, right? I'm not sure what you saw there, but I did note that some interactions between those two in the first few pages seemed a bit forced. Not something I'm actively pursuing but wanted to get it out there in case I perish early.

It just occurred to me what you might be having a problem with here. When Bog said do you want to chat she (I'm pretty sure I know who) wanted to interact on the forum at the same time. Biotop does this frequently (or at least his alts do) when he gets home from work late at night. He'll ask if anyone is around and if they want to chat. Or sometimes he'll set up a chat with a player at a particular time. On the board through posting in this thread. No one is suggesting off board communication. I'm certain I can speak for Bog on that. That wouldn't just be frowned upon. That would be forbidden.

This is a player who is just taunting us, daring us to vote there. One who either wants out of the game right now, and I'm happy to oblige, or thinks s/he will be around for the endgame because as GF s/he will come back as Town if investigated and can't be vigged or NKed because of scum doctor protection.

Continued repetition of standard scum tells, except for the amiable one. I sense yours was a pressure vote. This one isn't.

Bogatyr asked upthread if this poster was trying to get votes and Dr. French did not answer, but later when there were some votes, seemed willing to discuss. But really hasn’t. More "interesting" and "don't agree" posts.

Atticus Finch. It looks pretty damning that he either didn’t know or pretended not to know that there were two scum teams. A little more suspect when he didn’t come back for awhile but he’s discussing it now. Would switch and vote here if the wind blows that way.

Elsa Bloodstone’s few posts don’t look that good, but the main problem is there are so few of them. I do like to give people a chance, but this has been a long phase already. Again, could vote here.

Town leans: none that I want to share. The players who look the strongest town to me also look like very experienced players who are capable of fooling me, so I am reserving judgment.

Mantis. My guess is this poster is assuming some kind of in-character posting style. I am not familiar with this character but this style can mask things other than sock identity and I'm suspicious that may be the point.

Ok, sure, from an outsiders perspective, yes, the case against me has some merit. SOME. But seeing as how it's against me, of course I'm going to say it's flimsy and fruitless. I know that I'm Town and I'm just going to have to try harder to convince those of you who feel differently.

Fourth vote… more logical, and adds to the third vote’s theory. The problem that I have is where is French wanting an investigation? He never called for one, unless you call being a jerk a call for an investigation…. As Simon said, it’s better to have them dead.
