I'd add my own personal mantra (Relax. Don't worry. Have a homebrew), but if you're on antibiotics, the last third of it may not be such a hot idea.

Try to deal with the stuff you can change as best you can. And the stuff that's out of your hands, well, stressing won't change the outcome any, so why worry?
