Raised beds, vermiculite, peat moss and different types of compost.....sounds like you're a square foot gardener, too. I haven't put veggies in yet, I'm scared there'll be another frost. /hijack
I agree with the posters who say call animal control. Even if they don't take the kitties, they'll give you avenues to explore, I bet. I actually didn't know that cats will tear up a garden, I've been thinking of getting one to chase the bunnies. (And for the sweet sweet lovin', of course)
