HoH 6: Day 1

[Mahaloth]

Most of you are just normal heroes, doing normal heroic stuff. You know, saving lives….trying not to look like idiots in your daily life, basic hero stuff. Kind of out of nowhere, though, you woke up and found that you were in a hotel bedroom. Not a super nice one, just a fairly average room. A few of you even noticed some strange buttons over by the door, but there was a little “out of order” sign by them, so who knows what those do(did?)?

There is also a little speaker on the ceiling, not something you often see in hotels, but then again you usually check in to hotels, not just wake up in them. I mean, the speaker is weird, but kind of a minor moment all things considered.

:crackle:

From the speaker comes a voice. “People like you make me sick. I mean, why do you even do what you do? Wait. Is this mic on? Uh, hey folks, ‘welcome’ to the hotel of heroes. Hope your bed was adequate. Come on down to the lobby, get to know one another, but you should know….not all of you are heroes. Some of you, no shock, are villains. Even worse, some of you are movie producers, perhaps the worst thing to ever happen to heroes like you. Why don’t you come on down and decide which one of you gets kicked out of here? Like, you pick and we kill them and they leave.”

You exit your room, which was actually locked until now, and head down to the lobby. Clearly the nicest part of the hotel, it has a lovely table with a large spread of food, including a gorgeous veggie try with dip(less said about the dip the better, to be honest).

:crackle:

“Ok, so go ahead. Eat, greet, meet, pick one of you to get rid of. Oh, and as always, you have to try the dip. Like, I’ll be offended if you don’t.”

Welcome to Hotel of Heroes 6. There is one eviction today and today will be a little bit longer so we can get everyone in and situated. Roles will be going out randomly and whenever I get a chance.

When you are evicted, please feel free to let us know who you really were. There is no consequence for us learning during the game, the “masks” are just for fun and to give us a chance to play a bit more blind than normal.

Day 1 ends next week, I’ll give you some advance notice. Oh, Pleonast, if you are out there, it is “one active vote at a time”. I don’t always list it in my rules just to bother you, but it is the rule.
